When choosing "Select a new task sequence to be created" select Create a new custom task sequence. Right click on Task Sequences and "Create Task Sequence". In SCCM "Configuration Manager Console" navigate to Software Library > Operating Systems > Task Sequences. The command used will uninstall the SVM agent from the host machine. You can use a task sequence in SCCM to execute a commandline command to target machines.
